There is at lease one company called Tech Mahhindra that actually steal it jobs from Canadians hiring for short term high ranking people in banks that bring the connections and then people living in Canada are fired and 2 or 3 Indians are hired in India on the same job. They take money from the stock market stating that they have a large workforce and steal jobs from Canadians from the banks and this is the fifth company that is doing that 

They merged with another company that was inflating numbers to get stocks at a higher price at stock exchange.

Acquisition of Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

After the Satyam scandal of 2008–09, Tech Mahindra bid for Satyam Computer Services, and emerged as a top bidder with an offer of INR 58.90 a share for a 31 percent stake in the company, beating a strong rival, Larsen & Toubro. After evaluating the bids, the government-appointed board of Satyam Computer announced on April 13, 2009: "its Board of Directors has selected Venturbay Consultants Private Limited, a subsidiary controlled by Tech Mahindra Limited, as the highest bidder to acquire a controlling stake in the Company, subject to the approval of the Hon'ble Company Law Board."

Tech Mahindra announced its merger with Mahindra Satyam on 21 March 2012, after getting approval of the two company boards to create an IT company worth $2.5 billion. The two firms had received the go-ahead for the merger from the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange. On 11 June 2013, Andhra Pradesh High Court gave its approval for merging Mahindra Satyam with Tech Mahindra, after getting approval from the Bombay high court.

The Satyam Computer Services scandal 

The Satyam Computer Services scandal was India's largest corporate fraud until 2010. The founder and directors of India-based outsourcing company Satyam Computer Services, falsified the accounts, inflated the share price, and stole large sums from the company. Much of this was invested in property. The swindle was discovered in late 2008 when the Hyderabad property market collapsed, leaving a trail back to Satyam.^[1] The scandal was brought to light in 2009 when chairman Byrraju Ramalinga Raju confessed that the company's accounts had been falsified.

For many years Satyam accounts showed profits that had never existed, cash at the bank that did not exist, which inflated the share price. Raju and friends then sold shares. The accounts also showed $3m of "salary payments" to people who did not exist. These in fact went to board members. The falsified accounts were used to obtain cheap loans in the USA which were stolen by Raju and never entered into the accounts. Much of the money was squandered in real estate deals in Hyderabad. When the property market collapsed in 2008, the money vanished and whistle-blowers began to be heard. A failed attempt by Raju to use Satyam to buy a property company led to the scandal being uncovered.

On 7 January 2009, the chairman of Satyam, Byrraju Ramalinga Raju, resigned, confessing that he had manipulated the accounts of Rs 7,000 crore in several forms. The global corporate community was said to be shocked and scandalised.

In February 2009, the CBI took over the case and filed three partial charge sheets (dated 7 April 2009, 24 November 2009, and 7 January 2010), over the course of the year.. All charges arising from the discovery phase were later merged into a single charge sheet.

On 10 April 2015, Byrraju Ramalinga Raju was convicted with 10 other members.

Autism is Linked to Vaccines

The Atlantic Ancient Extraterrestrials Ship Called Arc

On the moon, the Arc is sphere-shaped.

At the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, the Arc is larger than one on the moon.

The ship that brought people to the Arc looks like a massive donut and in the Middle is an elevator that brings people to the Arc.

So JP participated in one of the missions to the Atlantic Arc and in this mission were also included Aztec Looking Indiand from Mexic. When they entered the Arc the ancient alien ship at the bottom of the Atlantic, they found a sort of fungi a sort of plant that glows in the dark. It was a tick on the walls. They used drones inside the Arc that illuminated the path of the soldiers and people entering the Arc.

On January 4 2022 Thor Han Eredyon told Elena Danaan that these ancient Arcs can be found in South America,  Mental Europe, North West Russia, and under the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean one is the biggest.

 

Their activation signal that there is a timetable now in play and it is up to Earth Alliance to reveal them.

 

JP took part in a second mission to the Atlantic Arc when they rescued the Aztec-looking Indians from Mexico that were left there in the first mission.

 

Since October 2021 when the extraterrestrials ships arrived near Jupiter all the Arcs suddenly started to generate heat and some kind of gravitational field that is picked up by magnetometers. They are noticed I. America South America Russia and China.

 

Inside the Arc or Ancient Alien Space Craft, they saw a ball of liquid floating and glowing in the middle of one room. (this was the second mission of JP).

 

Then a big flash blinded all the people on the mission for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds when they could see again inside of the ball, they saw 15 soldiers swimming there. They started pulling them out. They were Americans and Chinese. One of the guys was a scientist JP saw on a previous mission on the Moon.

He the scientist said it loud that they just activated a portal type of technology on the Arcs. This teleportation technology is used to move from Arc to Arc.

The 15 people were teleported from the Moon Arc to the Atlantic Arc. The ship. The commander orders them to get out of there

Inside the Arcs there are some kind of soun̈ds pitches sounds gigahertz and one of the soldiers said that the sound suspended the water in the middle.

The water bubble in the room functioned as a space-time portal.

Each part of the ship has writings on the wall that record part of the history of a different civilization.

 

There are some sort of pods or some sort of coffins that they were not allowed to touch from an unknown type of material.

 

These pods were emitting something that made people feel at peace and have a beautiful sensation when they passed them. These pods were large and had different dimensions 10 feet, 6 feet, 6 feet.

 

Apparently, ancient humanoids were sleeping inside these sarcophagi.

 

In 2016 sarcophagi with people were found in Iraq.

 

Lights would turn on inside the Arc or things would activate when some guy was walking around but not for everyone.

 

So These Arcs have technology more advanced than we have here now.

 

Heat is coming from these arcs. All this activation is harming the weather patterns.

 

On May 20, 2022, JP went to the third Atlantic Arc.

 

Pulsating energy comes from this arc. Apparently, it is Sensing the ship on top of the Arc at the surface of the ocean.

 

20 people went to the Arc this time they were archeologists doctors linguists and military personnel; professionals to study ancient civilizations and languages and the military to keep them safe.

 

This time they visited the Atlantic Arc and heard a vibration a singing. The archeologist said that this was a sound from thousands of years ago. The sound vibrates the entire body.

 

The vibration keeps the time-space portal together.

This time they went to different pockets in each pocket there was less gravity and in the last pocket no gravity so everything was floating.

The first people went to the ceiling the rest of them stayed together.

The room had balls of water and inside of the water were fish. These fish jump from ball to ball.

The floating liquids were the size of a car.

They took a picture of the walls and then went back.

A Scientist told JP that that room or pocket was a training room for an ancient type of Astronaut.

Other scientists said that there are the same hieroglyphics as there are in the Arcs on the Moon.

The authorities in charge of this project still think that these Arcs are going to start floating and appearing before people.

Universal Laws

The book "Seeing Forever Valiant Thor's Book of Immortality" by Valiant Thor

was written based on a book published more than two centuries ago the author of which is unknown. It was published in England possibly in 1749 and was in the possession of Sylvester Caleb Robinson.

The booklet was first published in America by Joseph Peace Hazard and shortly after under the title Khoumit by Eliot Coues without credit to anyone and with no indication that it contained a practical moral or spiritual law upon the acceptance of which man's eternal life depends.

Valiant Thor published the treaties without comment in 1910 under the tithe The Beautiful Philosophy of Life giving all credit possible.

The booklet was written in an archaic style several hundred years ago. So changes have been made and two-thirds have been added in an attempt to include the laws governing honesty morality and all important Essential Spiritual Concepts.

So this says something about Valiant Thor's age. He was alive in 1910 and he was publishing books on earth.

The Law of the Unknown
The days that are past are gone forever.  Those that are to come are uncertain. Whatever you resolve to do or is your duty to do, do it quickly. Defer not till evening what in the morning should be accomplished.

The Law of Karma or Reaction. The debt of the past must be paid and the onest man is eager to pay them.

To succeed you must be as faithful and as careful in small things as of the greater things. The greater things are built in the smaller.

You should rise early in the morning and do not lie down until your labor is finished. You should contemplate that which you seek to attain. Your physical self is active and gains vitality and strength enabling you what one mentality and physical inept cannot do.

It is essential to be chaste, honourable and governed gracious that the soul may become filled with the light that is from divinity.

Order is heaven's First Law. In the final analysis, this Law governs all men in all things.

There is a Law that only those who labour are worthy to receive wages and that lasting benefits accrue only to those who honestly earned them.

Everything that is to withstand the stress and storms of Life must grow slowly starting from small beginnings.

Within each man is a little seed the Soul Spark. This can be nurtured only by effort and patience and be brought to a mighty fruition.

Never envy the merits of others but improve your talents.

 

A crime authorized by a man or by his tacit permission is a double crime.

If you flatter the criminal with fine words or false hopes to secure a confession of guilt you are likewise guilty of crime.

The moral man who understands the law and does not protest his voice against an evil practice is himself almost as guilty as those who actually, commit the evil.

To permit evil us. To create indebtedness for the soul that must be paid.

The arrogant do not possess the real power. One day he is a tyrant the next day the fear of uncertainty may cause him to be humble.

A man should think before taking action and actions should be based in reason and for a reason.

Think carefully act wisely and you will.be blessed for your prudence.

Establish for yourself principles of action and then proceed positively. Never act when uncertain unless it is an emergency and then be constantly on guard to change your actions if it becomes necessary.

He, who loves most must suffer in the loss of what which he loved. Joy and grief though opposites are united under the law. Both are necessary for man's advancement.  To suffer and to prevail is the Law. To be weak but by transmitting this weakness into strength is to achieve.

Your greatest weakness might be in not knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your own will. Do you glory on possessions that are more of a responsibility than an asset? Or in the misuse of them?

In advancing g in any direction or achieving in any endeavour man should not become content or he will cease his effort and he is satisfied with mediocre success. Dissatisfaction with one's attainment is an incentive to further and constant effort.

However, man should never be impatient with his progress in whatever he is engaged in and the task be discontinued when success is just around the corner.

True happiness or contentment can never be found in the things others do for or give us.

Happiness and contentment are only to be found in desire effort and the accomplishment of a chosen desire something. 

To succeed by effort is to be exalted and raised to taste the results of being a creator.

When you are not settled in your mind either as your real desire or need you are never content.
This is one of your greatest weaknesses.
The discontent soul is a weak soul lacking direction.

The heart of a man is unable to attend to too many things at one time.

There is a Law that says to do well what is to be done today and tomorrow will protect and bless you.

Become conscious that it is not the abundance which makes a man rich but economy in the use of what he possesses.
Be wise live to conserve what is given to you, or earned by you and your days shall be days of peace.

Labour bit after riches first and think you will afterwards enjoy them. He who neglects the present throws aside all that he possesses of worth.
