Matter comes into visible existence through the formation of invisible elements into visible compounds under the influence of cohesion. Cohesion is the tangible evidence that back of all is an omnipotent creative force.
No one has seen oxygen hydrogen or nitrogen yet almost 85% of human body is composed of those invisible gases. In fact oxygen alone makes up about of half the entire matter composing the earth. Rocks are nearly one half oxygen
If the cohesion force is annulled
by the withdrawal of the sustaining energy of the Creative Force every
compound solid or fluid of nature would instantly decompose.and disappear. The globe would discompose into a little metallic matter.
Just as waters can be decomposed into
invisible elements oxygen and hydrogen so those other, in all probability,
along with the metal, phosphorus iodine etc are resolvable into yet
finer elements which unless supported by sustaining energy they will
similarly decompose and disappear.
