The Atlantic Ancient Extraterrestrials Ship Called Arc

We find from the book "US Insider Missions Space Arks Underground Cities &ET Contact" by Dr. Michael Salla about the existence of a secret space program about covert operations where UsArmy US Navy Chinese and Russian armies are involved in covert operations hidden from the taxpayers that finance these operations.

These public-private organizations have technologies that surpass those used in the civilian sector reversed alien technologies or technologies that are built on Earth with the assistance of inner Earth peoples and aliens.

These covert operations activities have Missions that take place in Jupiter Mars Moon And some outside of the solar system.

The soldiers go through a mind-wiping technology which is wrong in my opinion to keep the missions secret even by those that participate in them.

JP is one of these soldiers who is also a contactee of Nordic-looking aliens. He can retain his memory even though he is subjected to the. Mind wiping process that uses some kind of sound waves. Is this another form of mind control?

JP tells Dr. Michael Salla about Spaceships or Arcs found by these covert operations on the Earth-Moon, on Mars, in Antarctica.  Simultaneously missions take place on all known Arcs on Earth Moon and Mars at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. JP had been in the Moon Arc in one of these missions. On the walls of these Arcs, there are writings about the history of things that happened on different dates.

 

He went on 3 separate missions inside an arc located in the Atlantic Ocean in. Bermuda Triangle area.

 

China discovered the Arc spaceship on the Moon with Yutu2 Rover and allowed the US military to go with them unacommission to this arc so as a reciprocal favor they were allowed by the US Military to participate in the exploration of the Arc situated in the Atlantic Ocean.

A large Boate was situated above the Arc and military personnel were moved through a tube to the bottom of the ocean to this Arc.

These Arcs have advanced technologies that were activated with all other Arcs after the arrival of Jupiter bound extraterrestrial fleets of 24 extraterrestrial races that in the past participated to the genetic modifications of Earth peoples.

On the moon, the Arc is sphere-shaped.

At the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, the Arc is larger than one on the moon.

The ship that brought people to the Arc looks like a massive donut and in the Middle is an elevator that brings people to the Arc.

So JP participated in one of the missions to the Atlantic Arc and in this mission were also included Aztec Looking Indiand from Mexic. When they entered the Arc the ancient alien ship at the bottom of the Atlantic, they found a sort of fungi a sort of plant that glows in the dark. It was a tick on the walls. They used drones inside the Arc that illuminated the path of the soldiers and people entering the Arc.

 

The Mexican Aztec-looking people did not speak Spanish they spoke an Ancient Aztec language.

 

The time is different inside the Arc. You can see your hands move multiple times. Time is really slow. There was a time dilatation inside the craft. The air was compressed to facilitate the trio into the interior of the ship.

 

On e inside the shop, the Mexicans Aztec looking Indians recognized the hieroglyphic writings on the walls of the ship or Arc and reacted very emotionally. They were almost dancing when they saw that particular writing. It was sacred to them that particular area. Then when they went to Ina particular area never came back. So the American Chinese and Russians went back to the surface without them.

 

Indians took a turn that led them to an underground civilization in Florida. The tunnel. Contains a space-time portal that allows instantaneous access ți the underground society.

 

Radu Cinamar describes travel between secret Underground Cities in his book Inside the Earth using space-time portals that are heavily guarded against unwelcome visitors.

 

Chinese soldiers tried to follow the Aztec-looking Indians but they were coming back being out of breath. The explanation is that they had the wrong DNA and were not allowed to go.

 

So this extraterrestrial Arc has technology that reacts to different DNA is a sort of Artificial Intelligence that interacts with the Consciousness and DNA of a person.

 

Chinese scientists on the Atlatic Mission were the same that visited the Moon Arc in another JP trip or mission.

 

On the walls of the Arc strange hieroglyphics could be seen glowing under the algae that were glowing in the dark.

 

The ship also emitted a frequency that made people feel good or have a joyful feeling.

 

When some people go into the Arc the lights turn on the walls start glowing, while some others do not.

 

One Chinese guy in the group could activate the lights when he was waving his hands.

 

On January 4 2022 Thor Han Eredyon told Elena Danaan that these ancient Arcs can be found in South America,  Mental Europe, North West Russia, and under the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean one is the biggest.

 

Their activation signal that there is a timetable now in play and it is up to Earth Alliance to reveal them.

 

JP took part in a second mission to the Atlantic Arc when they rescued the Aztec-looking Indians from Mexico that were left there in the first mission.

 

Since October 2021 when the extraterrestrials ships arrived near Jupiter all the Arcs suddenly started to generate heat and some kind of gravitational field that is picked up by magnetometers. They are noticed I. America South America Russia and China.

 

Inside the Arc or Ancient Alien Space Craft, they saw a ball of liquid floating and glowing in the middle of one room. (this was the second mission of JP).

 

Then a big flash blinded all the people on the mission for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds when they could see again inside of the ball, they saw 15 soldiers swimming there. They started pulling them out. They were Americans and Chinese. One of the guys was a scientist JP saw on a previous mission on the Moon.

He the scientist said it loud that they just activated a portal type of technology on the Arcs. This teleportation technology is used to move from Arc to Arc.

The 15 people were teleported from the Moon Arc to the Atlantic Arc. The ship. The commander orders them to get out of there

Inside the Arcs there are some kind of soun̈ds pitches sounds gigahertz and one of the soldiers said that the sound suspended the water in the middle.

The water bubble in the room functioned as a space-time portal.

Each part of the ship has writings on the wall that record part of the history of a different civilization.

 

There are some sort of pods or some sort of coffins that they were not allowed to touch from an unknown type of material.

 

These pods were emitting something that made people feel at peace and have a beautiful sensation when they passed them. These pods were large and had different dimensions 10 feet, 6 feet, 6 feet.

 

Apparently, ancient humanoids were sleeping inside these sarcophagi.

 

In 2016 sarcophagi with people were found in Iraq.

 

Lights would turn on inside the Arc or things would activate when some guy was walking around but not for everyone.

 

So These Arcs have technology more advanced than we have here now.

 

Heat is coming from these arcs. All this activation is harming the weather patterns.

 

On May 20, 2022, JP went to the third Atlantic Arc.

 

Pulsating energy comes from this arc. Apparently, it is Sensing the ship on top of the Arc at the surface of the ocean.

 

20 people went to the Arc this time they were archeologists doctors linguists and military personnel; professionals to study ancient civilizations and languages and the military to keep them safe.

 

This time they visited the Atlantic Arc and heard a vibration a singing. The archeologist said that this was a sound from thousands of years ago. The sound vibrates the entire body.

 

The vibration keeps the time-space portal together.

This time they went to different pockets in each pocket there was less gravity and in the last pocket no gravity so everything was floating.

The first people went to the ceiling the rest of them stayed together.

The room had balls of water and inside of the water were fish. These fish jump from ball to ball.

The floating liquids were the size of a car.

They took a picture of the walls and then went back.

A Scientist told JP that that room or pocket was a training room for an ancient type of Astronaut.

Other scientists said that there are the same hieroglyphics as there are in the Arcs on the Moon.

The authorities in charge of this project still think that these Arcs are going to start floating and appearing before people.

A group of remote viewers were given the task of Atlantic Arc and they confirmed the information Jp gave to Michael Salla.

What you do not know or understand might harm you

JP is a man born in Puerto Rico that immigrated in United States and had been contacted with Nordic looking aliens since he was 7 years old. After he got married with a Brazilian woman and went in Brazil to met his father in law he actually make personal contact with those that followed his path. In 2008 he contacts Michael Salla and in 2018 he joins the army.

Before and after 2018 he is taken by Nordic looking aliens in spacecraft in different locations and he talk to.dr Michael Salla about his experiences that are  exposed in this book

ON may 21 2016 J P had an experience with an Indian Looking xolegue called Louvent one fmof the  two individuals he often encountered during his trips ro exotic locations wither on or off planet. In one of the previous conversations with Louvent spoken in Spanish he found that he was born in a city inside the moon and was never aware that anything else existed outside that city.

So in that date 2016 JP was approached by a sphere orb that enveloped him and took him high in the sky. The sphere did not leave the earth atmosphere however took him to a parked antigravity craft about 100 ft or 30.m in diameter.

The spacecraft went down and landed on a big floating platform about 600 m in diameter on the surface of the ocean a couple.of hundred feet from the edge of the platform.

There were 3 flags on the platform. One was US flag others he did. It know what flags rhere were.

The spacecraft left them and moved over to a hangar to the ocean's platform's distant end..

JP and Lovent started walking toward a dome located in the middle of the platform. They watched how different size spacecrafts arrived on the platform with various races of extraterrestrials disembarking from the spacecraft.

Once the passengers had disembarked from their ships all of the spacecraft departe except for one cigar shaped ship.

Then a high ranking US Officer a general told everyone to follow him when two security personnel emerged from the dome with weapons and told JP and Lovent to leave the platform an return to the Spaceship.

General screamed at JP and Lovent not to tell.anyine what they had witnessed.

Jp ans Lovent left the platform while watching the extraterrestrials and officials enter the dome in the center of the platform and then the platform submerged in the middle if the Atlantic Ocean.

Then the spacecraft and the sphere dropped them at their homes.

In 2021 when JP officially joined the army was taken back to the same floating platform.This time was allowed to enter without incident.

He found out that US Navy was in overall command of the platform and US Army was in control of the security.

The reason for JP incident on the platform was that JP experience classified information inside the ocean dome.
The platform has the technology to manipulate weather to create storms to further hide from possible discovery from unwelcome visitors.

The white sphere belonged to the Nordics Aliens and USAF run secret space program.

USAF hoped that JP would help them with understanding unknown extraterrestrial technologies.

Jp presence in the Atlantic Ocean suggest that military scientists involved with a classified program associated with whatever they have been discovered on the bottom of the ocean floor needed assistance.

After the trip followed a debriefing with nordic extraterrestrials.

He found out that some extraterrestrials would petition theEarth's legal court System to reclaim the territory of different nation states.


All of the extraterratrials on the platform wanted their previous territories in Earth back, which had historically belonged to different extraterrestrials groups and Inner Earth Civilizations.

Lovent asked when this will happen? The debriefing told JP and Lovent that the reclamaprocess had already begun.

Lovent next asked what kind of extraterrestrials were involved.? The debriefing replied that there were both negative and positive extraterrestrials involved.

Lovent asked how the Et would take back their former territories from the current nation states? JP and Lovent were told that there would be negotiations with leaders of the countries including Jordan, Israel, Iraq, Syria and Australia.

This information is disturbing.

In a leak 1947 "Majestic Document" Dr Albert Einstein and Dr Robert Oppenheimer discussed similar possibilities taking place between Earth humanity and Technological superior extraterrestrial civilizations.

They even conceived of a negotiations process that would include supranatuonal bodies as the United Nations.

Greatda contract has been signed between et and Human people selling other people's children for technology.


Some of the extraterratrials groups were prepared to take territory back without asking permission and repopulate Earth with other incoming extraterrestrials or their own kind of refugees.

Now we come to the problem of what to do if extraterrestrials biological entities desire to settle here?


1. If they are politically organized and possess a certain culture similar to our own they might be recognized as an independent people

2. If they consider our culture to be devoided of political unity they would have the right to colonize. 

The colonization cannot be conducted  on classic lines. A superior form of colonization will have to be conceived that would be a.kind of tutelage, possibly through tacit approval of United Nations.

But would the United Nations legally have the right of allowing such tutelage over us in such a fashion?

Since 2016 the exopolitics on earth has changed; the dominant  extraterrestrial fractions on Earth the Dracinian empire has lost considerable influence and power due to the Galactic Federation of Worlds,  Andromeda Councils and the Secret Space Programs (2022).

It I'd now unlikely that a mandated or military takeover of soverein Earth Territory by its former extraterrestrial residents or overlords would be allowed.

In 2016 and 1947 such a possibility was real. Negotiations with negative extraterrestrials groups were indeed conducted by corruot Earth Elites according to what JP was told.

A coraboration of the information received from.JP is to be found in another book Mystery of the Egypt thenfirst Tunnel by Radu Cinamar where antigravity devices similar to a flying surfboard were described.

Apparently antigravity platforms that look like flying surfboards have historically existed and continue to be used in classified programs.

As World War II was about to end in 1945, nations were in ruins, and the world wanted peace. Representatives of 50 countries gathered at the United Nations Conference on International Organization in San Francisco, California from 25 April to 26 June 1945.

In 1944 the second extension of the treaty was signed.

1954 Eisenhower signed the third extension to the treatie. This treaties was called the "Greada Treatie" and was signed at the Holloman Air Force in New Mexico.

The original document of the treaty is stored at a Natiinal Security Agency facility called Blue Moon located at Kirtland AirnForce Base in New Mexico where is the location of a.secret Department of Energy base where free energy devices developed from Grey and reptilian technology  are being built.
