Report from Iron Mountain

The extent of population control toward which  so called elites are striving was revealed in 1962/63 in the Report from the airon Mountain a secret study group into controlling the population without the war.

It saught completely artificial procreation to supersede  the "ecological function of war".

This was to include total control of contraception via watersuppliesand essential food stuff si babies could only be cin ei ed by those whom a carefully controlled antidote had been administered. Such a system was apparently already under development in 1950th.
