We find from this Blbook about the existence of a secret space program about covert operations where UsArmy USNavy Chinese and Russians armies are involved in covert operations hidden from the taxpayers that actually finance these operations.

On the moon the Arc is sphere shaped.

At the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean the Arc is larger that one on the moon.

The ship that brought people to the Arc looks like a massive donut and in the Middle is an elevator that bring people to the Arc .

So JP participated in one of the missions to the Atlantic Arc and in this mission were also included Aztec Looking Indiand from Mexic. When they entered in the Arc the ancient alien ship at the bottom of the Atlantic, they found a sort of fungi  a sort of plant that glows in the dark. It was tick on the walls. They used drones inside the Arc that illuminated the path of the soldiers and people entering in the Arc.

JP took part of a second mission to the Atlantic Arc when they rescue the Aztec Looking Indians from Mexico that were left there in the first mission.

Inside the Arc or Ancient Alien Space Craft they saw a ball of liquid floating and glowing in the middle of one room. (this was the second mission of JP).


Then a big flash blinded all the people of the mission for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds when they could see again inside of the ball they saw 15 soldiers swimming there. They started pulling them out. They were Americans and Chinese. One of the guy was a scientist JP saw on a previous mission on the Moon.

He  the scientist said it loud that they just activated a portal type of technology on the Arcs. This teleportation technology is used to move from Arc to Arc.

The 15 people were trleportrd from the Moon Arc to the Atlantic Arc. The ship.commander order them to get out of there

Inside the Arcs there are some kind of soun̈ds pitches sound gigahertz and ine of rhe soldiers said that the sound suspended the water in the middle.

The water bubble in the room functioned as a space time portal.

Each part of the ship has writings on the wall and that record part of the history of a different civilization.

There are some sort of pods or some sort of coffins that they were not allowed to touch from a koldavitentyoe of material.

Aparently there were ancient humanoids sleeping inside these sarcophagi.

Lights would turn on inside the Arc or things would activate when some guy were walking around but not for everyone.

Pulsating energy comes from this arc. Apparently it is Sensing the ship in top of the Arc at the surface of the ocean.

A Scientist told JP that that room or pocket was a training room  for an ancient type of Astronaut.

What you do not know or understand might harm you

JP is a man born in Puerto Rico that immigrated in United States and had been contacted with Nordic looking aliens since he was 7 years old. After he got married with a Brazilian woman and went in Brazil to met his father in law he actually make personal contact with those that followed his path. In 2008 he contacts Michael Salla and in 2018 he joins the army.

Before and after 2018 he is taken by Nordic looking aliens in spacecraft in different locations and he talk to.dr Michael Salla about his experiences that are  exposed in this book

ON may 21 2016 J P had an experience with an Indian Looking xolegue called Louvent one fmof the  two individuals he often encountered during his trips ro exotic locations wither on or off planet. In one of the previous conversations with Louvent spoken in Spanish he found that he was born in a city inside the moon and was never aware that anything else existed outside that city.

So in that date 2016 JP was approached by a sphere orb that enveloped him and took him high in the sky. The sphere did not leave the earth atmosphere however took him to a parked antigravity craft about 100 ft or 30.m in diameter.

The spacecraft went down and landed on a big floating platform about 600 m in diameter on the surface of the ocean a couple.of hundred feet from the edge of the platform.

There were 3 flags on the platform. One was US flag others he did. It know what flags rhere were.

The spacecraft left them and moved over to a hangar to the ocean's platform's distant end..

JP and Lovent started walking toward a dome located in the middle of the platform. They watched how different size spacecrafts arrived on the platform with various races of extraterrestrials disembarking from the spacecraft.

Once the passengers had disembarked from their ships all of the spacecraft departe except for one cigar shaped ship.

Then a high ranking US Officer a general told everyone to follow him when two security personnel emerged from the dome with weapons and told JP and Lovent to leave the platform an return to the Spaceship.

General screamed at JP and Lovent not to tell.anyine what they had witnessed.

Jp ans Lovent left the platform while watching the extraterrestrials and officials enter the dome in the center of the platform and then the platform submerged in the middle if the Atlantic Ocean.

Then the spacecraft and the sphere dropped them at their homes.

In 2021 when JP officially joined the army was taken back to the same floating platform.This time was allowed to enter without incident.

He found out that US Navy was in overall command of the platform and US Army was in control of the security.

The reason for JP incident on the platform was that JP experience classified information inside the ocean dome.
The platform has the technology to manipulate weather to create storms to further hide from possible discovery from unwelcome visitors.

The white sphere belonged to the Nordics Aliens and USAF run secret space program.

USAF hoped that JP would help them with understanding unknown extraterrestrial technologies.

Jp presence in the Atlantic Ocean suggest that military scientists involved with a classified program associated with whatever they have been discovered on the bottom of the ocean floor needed assistance.

After the trip followed a debriefing with nordic extraterrestrials.

He found out that some extraterrestrials would petition theEarth's legal court System to reclaim the territory of different nation states.


All of the extraterratrials on the platform wanted their previous territories in Earth back, which had historically belonged to different extraterrestrials groups and Inner Earth Civilizations.

Lovent asked when this will happen? The debriefing told JP and Lovent that the reclamaprocess had already begun.

Lovent next asked what kind of extraterrestrials were involved.? The debriefing replied that there were both negative and positive extraterrestrials involved.

Lovent asked how the Et would take back their former territories from the current nation states? JP and Lovent were told that there would be negotiations with leaders of the countries including Jordan, Israel, Iraq, Syria and Australia.

2. If they consider our culture to be devoided of political unity they would have the right to colonize.

But would the United Nations legally have the right of allowing such tutelage over us in such a fashion?

According to JP there are underwater cities in Atlantic Ocean Pacific Ocean's.

These cities are populated with Himan looking people.

JP told Michelle Sall about one if his missions to one such city at the botton of the Atlantic Ovean.

Thoughts Are Things

Man with his thinking capacity, the abilitybto speak and place into Ether his generated thoughts withbthe pulsating magnitude of the spoken words produces things of different sizes, description, colors and a wide variety of vibratory rates. This  depend evolvement of the human and which he puts forth from his mouth ( known to you as language off speach)

The thought is the thing that takes form and color; the speech merely energizing it.

The thought and the speech are a creative force. This has been reference to as "the power of the spoken word".

Whatever man has about him he has created from his speech, emotions and thoughts patterns.

Of the individual is ill, or has accidents,  is because these thoughts creations are  clustered around him and on him causing his own dissension.

If the individual is more evolved and does not verbally state undesired words, but speaks of love, kindness,  happiness and pleasant things, then along that person will be a barrier of protection, a blessing, a good health and a protection against so called accidents.

Man is and becomes as he speaks.

From the generating plant within the Etheric Astral.and material bodies of man thoughts can be covered and projected into ethers in many forms and rate of Vibrations.

If man thinks wonderful pleasant things, from his mouth will come living pulsating things of beauty into the ethers and into space around him.

If you speak dissension ridicule undesirable things about people and things then you will wallow in that you have created undesirable thoughts patterns.

Man who understands that love and kindness in his speech  and actions, has risen above creating undesirable things for himself his family and his friends and is attracted to peoples and things that are of higher rate of beauty.

If you go into an area where there are those that speak and think undesirably,  there are thoughts forn creations around you. You will not be subjected to them.

Within you within you there are after form of different colors of great brilliance.  It is soft white. This soft white within you and around you has all beautiful colors free from distorted shades if black or brown.

Exercise.
Surround yourself with your mind and thought forms. Speak about "We have creates a white glow within used we are white glow. It is good. It is pure and it is love and beauty and will repell all undesirable things from all dimensions ".  Then you may go where you must go to takencare of business,  about earning a livelihood.

When you are around peoples who have not evolved and say or think something undesirable it will come to you and hit the white glow. This white light will change its rate of vibration.  It will take the sting and harm from it, thus disarming and letting it fall to the ground to go into the Ethers where it was generated.

This is the waybto go forth. No longer will these undesirable thoughts forms creations hang on you, leeching you and making you ill, and draining your energy.

Exercise nr 2

If younare going to be subjected to contradiction hatred or discussion of others use this method for short periods of time. 2 or 3 hours.

Enter innsilence, be still and gather within you that which is needed to clothe a thought form body. Create a thought form body in your own size and imagine before you. Create it in lemon yellow or brilliant light green. Bring this form into you so you become it. Know that you have protection against evil mind.

Any negative thought things thatbwould be sent to you would merely dissolve upon making contact with this thought form body you have created.

These Rituals and meditations are only for those evolved people that can enter in silence and create with clear mental capacity .

Those who can control themselves in this manner and do not create dissension by their speech or thoughts  may go wherever they wish.

These Rituals are greatly needed. Do not take them lightly. Do not speak dissension for you will dissolve your own creation and it would cease to exist.

Sould you at any time be under a bombardment of negative thoughts forms stay straight outside where is clear air around you and say:

Know you have the energy and power to do this. Do not sent the undesirable creation back to those that created them. Feel sorry for the unlightened soul. Drop the thought form to the ground and will them back to the Ether where theybwere created.

In your course of travels if you need to cast anything undesirable from you you can transfer it from you into a living thing such as a piece of fruit or an egg and then be sure this is changed in its molecular structure by being buried in the ground or burning it to ashes, or casting it into the sea, making sure it will go to the bottom of the sea and not float ashore..

Then be still and the small voice within your own mind will tell you guide you and help you.

If you do not succeed in this for the first five or six time do not give up, for your will is very powerful it is the power of God. Love give it more power.

The more you know of love the more glorious you will become in every day.

There are many human beings whom insects do not bite. They will not do so because of the word "Love".

Love is an electrical energy which can be measured and felt by almost any living thing.

Here is an experiment.

Place a person approximately 20 feet from you. Have him walk toward you slowly with the palms of his hands facing you. He should sense the electrical energy of your magnetic field when he is approximately six to eight feet from you.

Now, have him return to his starting point twenty feet from you. This time you are to think love to him. Think of him as being a beautiful white light within, of radiant mind and energy, which is Godlike and you love God.
Your magnetic field will instantly double or triple in strength.

As he walks toward you this time he will sense this electrical current which you have produced by your thinking at about thirteen to fifteen feet from you.

This is a good experiment to prove that love can be measured, sensed and felt by a human being.

If two highly evolved human beings were to use this method they would have to start at least hundred feet apart. The normal natural magnetic current of an advanced soul on Earth's very strong and powerful for about eighty feet.

If mankind were to live constantly and were to know more about love there could be no wars.

 The Lunacy Act 1845 or the Lunatics Act 1845 and the County Asylums Act 1845 formed mental health law in England and Wales from 1845 to 1890. The Lunacy Act's most important provision was a change in the status of mentally ill people to patients.

Under the Lunacy Act 1845 and the County Asylums Act of the same year, county lunatic asylums became compulsory and the Lunacy Commission was established to take responsibility, among other things, to regulate them. 

The two acts were dependent on each other. The Lunacy Act established the Lunacy Commission and the County Asylums Act set forth most of the provisions as to what was to be monitored within the asylums and helped establish the public network of the county asylums.

Records of lunatic asylums are not held in any one place and often not all their records have survived. Many records of asylums, prisons and houses of correction are kept in local archives and especially those of the patients and inmates. However, most patient files have been destroyed.

Since I just finished reading the book Man the Unknown by Alexis Carrel written in 1934, it is worth mentioning that he was promoter of eugenics. He worked since1906,  the newly formed Rockefeller Institute of Medical Research in New York where he spent the rest of his career.

Love Versus Ego

No human beings truly in love would be the last beings to plan a war or any other type of dissension upon their beautiful planet. It could not and would not enter their minds.

What's with this MILABs ? Wasn't this run by them? Is there anyone that's really good out there? I think many normals are but those in power aren't .Cause power corrupts them.
